  Absolutely worst service. Staff argued with each other the entire time. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes we finally asked for a refund which took another 20 minutes. The staffs response to the slow service was "we weren't expecting this many people". However, there was no one in the drive through and only 5 people in the restaurant.

  I haven't seen service like this in many years. Staff was quick and friendly. It was obvious they took pride in their job and themselves. The general manager was helping out instead of sitting in an office somewhere on the back. He truly knows how to lead a team.

  The food here was better than a lot of Arbys we have been to, but the guy who waited on us, Brandon, was so nice! He was funny and helpful and I heard him be pleasant to everyone who came in. I will definitely stop here again.
